DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

The specific items in your basket will determine the method of delivery. This decision is dependant upon the size, weight and fragility of your chosen products. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our team at info@raphaelinteriors.com.

Standard UK Delivery

The date of dispatch will vary from product to product. This information can be found on each individual product page.

Standard UK delivery is £5 and free for all orders over £100.

Our selected delivery method for small non-fragile items is Royal Mail, Parcel Force for larger non-fragile items and Kinetic Logistics for large and fragile goods.

Small & Medium Items

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail who will obtain a signature upon arrival.

For items a little larger, Parcel Force will deliver your order. You will be able to track your delivery once dispatched, and you can expect arrival within 48 hours, between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Large & Fragile Items

Items such as furniture and mirrors will be delivered by Kinetic Logistics. You will be contacted via text message (within 3 days of dispatch) providing you with a 3 hour time-slot that you will need to approve of. In order for your delivery to be scheduled, you must reply to this text. If you decline, you will be offered a different delivery slot at a later date.

Please note that if your delivery is missed and the order is subsequently cancelled, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Kinetic Logistics will send you a friendly reminder of your delivery, including a link to track your order. You will also receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Once your order arrives, Kinetic Logistics will take your item to your downstairs room of choice. They will then obtain a time-stamped signature, plus any other information that may be applicable.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your Raphael Interiors purchase. If however you would like to return your order, you will need to raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a return request, please email info@raphaelinteriors.com and we will provide you with the next steps.

Returned items must remain in the exact same condition as they were delivered in, including the original packaging. You are responsible for the safe return of your order, including the cost of postage.

Your refund will be processed once we have received your item back, and it has been inspected at our warehouse.

Please make sure that you thoroughly check the dimensions of our products before placing your order, to ensure that access is not a problem during delivery. Any item that has failed to be delivered and returned to us with the courier for this reason, will be charged for both the shipping and return carriage.

Damaged Items

We quality check each and every item before dispatch, and we also ask you to thoroughly inspect your order as soon as it is delivered to you. On the rare occasion that our products arrive with any imperfections, we please ask that you contact info@raphaelinteriors.com within 24 hours of delivery with as much information as possible, including a clear photograph of the fault. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your request, due to circumstances out of our control.

If a product arrives damaged, or there is an issue that cannot be resolved, Raphael Interiors will collect the item free of charge and provide the buyer with a full refund. If there are signs of use or further damage to the item, a reduction to the refund will be made.

If our product requires self-assembly, prior to installing, it is paramount that that you check the instructions thoroughly and ensure that you have all relevant parts needed. If you cannot fit the product in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, we strongly advise you to employ a qualified and experienced joiner. We will not refund products that have been wrongly fitted, or be responsible for any consequences of fitting our products incorrectly.

Please note, a number of our pieces are ‘antique reproductions’ and have been deliberately distressed to produce an imperfectly aged effect. Please also be wary that colours may vary slightly from the images on our website.
